EasyBase is a tool which is able to generate initial program code which processes all needed dialogs, buttons and menu items of given resource script. In other words, you create the interface of your program in some resource editor. Then you run EasyBase and give your resource script (*.rc file) to this program which creates a program text. That program text processes all dialogs, buttons and menu items which can be found in the given rc-script. You do not need to write it manually, EasyBase makes it for you.
Note: in some versions of windows, EasyBase may work improperly - it doen't respond to the menu actions. Firstly, try to click the menu items not by the mouse, but by the keyboard. If it does not work, and you have an interest, you should download the source code of this program here, and change its source as follows:
Find the window procedure and replace "switch (wParam)" by "switch LOWORD(wParam)".
Simply, isn't it?
