Ok, so i figured it out! It's Case Sensitive. That's Why. Make it so it's not case sensitive. Thank You!

There is a bug. It'd be nice if you fixed it.
Bug:
I tried to make it so it adds "Program Menu" shortcuts but it kept only putting one of the two down. Eg. I put "file 1.exe, file 2.exe" It Only put "file 1.exe" in the program menu. I switched it("file 2.exe, file 1.exe") and it worked.
Please fix this.
