VISG 0.9 is almost done

VISG 0.9 will allow to choose the font for windows and controls. The code has been refactored, so VISG will work a little faster. The generated programs will be more friendly (more comments, event handlers). The "change" button in the TabControl property window is fixed. Some bugs are fixed.
